Lincoln College Men’s Golf Scores Better

Galesburg, IL — The Lincoln College men’s golf team played 18 holes in the CSC Charger Classic hosted at Lake Bracken Country Club, with a score of 317.  Jeremy Rolf (Lutheran High School, IN) shot a 5 over 76, Aaron Bravick (Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln, WI) shot 8 over 79, Nick Adcock (Lincoln, IL) shot 80, Connor Rother (Illini West) shot 83 and Clark Armstrong (Virginia, IL) shot 82.

“It was great to see Jeremy score better today and I really thought Nick Adock was striking the ball better today.  Clark had a couple holes get away from him today, but it was nice to see him improve from the last event”, Head Coach Kirk Whiteman said. “Obviously I would like Aaron to continue to put up numbers like his 3 over after 36 in his first college event, but his tee shot got away from him on two holes today which contributed to a higher score.”

The Lynx will return to action September 16th and 17th at the IVCC Invitational.
