At Lincoln College, all full-time traditional students receive an institutional scholarship or grant. Lincoln College is committed to being one of the most affordably priced institutions of higher education in Illinois. As part of that commitment, we offer our Price Match Program.
If you receive a better financial aid package from another qualifying college or university, provide us with a copy of your competing financial aid award letter. If you meet all eligibility requirements, Lincoln College attempts to not only match the net price of your competing offer but may include an additional $2,000 award ($1,000 per semester) in your Lincoln College financial aid package. Yes, we can often beat our competitors’ price. The price match program award reflects Lincoln College’s commitment to providing a quality education at an exceptional value.
Available only to new full-time traditional students at the Lincoln Campus entering in Fall 2019 or after.
Student must be a U.S. citizen.
Student must provide a financial aid award letter issued to the student from another U.S. regionally accredited baccalaureate degree granting college or university by May 1.
Recipients must remain enrolled full-time at Lincoln College and maintain good academic and social conduct standing.
Program award amount is based on a qualifying institution’s total cost of tuition and required fees (15 credit hours per semester) published as its most readily available cost information net of its total institutional financial aid award amount
Program award amount remains fixed at its initial annual rate for four consecutive years at Lincoln College (eight consecutive fall and spring semesters).

Yes. The Price Match Program is a merit-based scholarship program. However, we offer many other merit and need-based scholarships and grants. In fact, 100% of our traditional full-time students receive some form of institutional financial aid.
Check with your state’s scholarship website to see if they allow you to use your award outside of your state for a private institution. If you live in Illinois and meet other qualifications and filing deadlines, you can use your Illinois MAP grant at Lincoln College to further reduce your net costs.
