Transcript Request Information

Effective October 24, 2022, former students of Lincoln College and the Midwest College of Cosmetology may request transcripts through the Illinois Board of Higher Education’s Degree Granting Closed Schools listing.  Please visit the IBHE website at https://www.ibhe.org/dgclosed.html and scroll down to the header reading “Student Transcript/Verification Request Form” to place your request.
