Hands-on Learning

Lincoln College has multiple state-of-the-art research facilities including the Human Performance Laboratory (HPL) for kinesiology data processing and analysis, and the Dr. G. Dennis Campbell Creekside Outdoor Center for environmental and habitat research.

Accelerated Bridge to Education

Lincoln College also offers the Accelerated Bridge to Education (ABE) program. Designed for adults already in the workforce seeking to complete a bachelor’s degree, the ABE program offers an accelerated class schedule coupled with on-line instruction to help working students complete a college degree and further their careers .Currently, the ABE program hosts classes in Normal, Oglesby, Peoria, and Lincoln.

Where We Are

Lincoln College is centrally located in Illinois along the I-55 corridor and famed Route 66. Offering convenient travel to major American cities like Chicago and St. Louis, Amtrak offers 9 trains each day to Lincoln College students. Lincoln is just 30 minutes northeast of the Illinois state capital, Springfield.

The community is rich in history. Lincoln is the only city in the world named for and christened by Abraham Lincoln before he became President. Lincoln is home to a number of historic sites and events associated with its presidential namesake including our nationally recognized Lincoln College Heritage Museum, located on the Lincoln College campus.
