Severance pay is available to qualifying employees who stay through the closure date of May 13, 2022, and complete institutional requirements. Refer to the Employee Payroll Memo concerning information on remaining payrolls and severance pay.
Only unused vacation time will be paid out for employees who terminate employment on or before May 13, 2022, per the Employee Handbook policy.

Lincoln College hosted two career fairs for employees prior to closure and worked with the Illinois Work Net Center to provide outplacement services. The Career Services Center assisted employees with reviewing resumes, cover letters, and more. Lincoln College is currently working to complete the wind down phase; thus, some vendors may be needed to continue limited operations, past the May 13, 2022. Per each vendor contractual agreement, Lincoln College will provide written notice termination of services in advance and will be in contact to close out each account.
